  1. Market your property both locally and across 30+ rental sites across the US.
  2. Show your property to as many qualified tenants as possible.
  3. Qualify tenants which includes a background, eviction and criminal background checks, income verification, landlord references and asset verifications. Get approval from you.
  4. Execute the lease and collect the deposit.
  5. You’ll handle the rest including the move in inspection. We’ll market your property to help you find the best tenant for your space, at the top dollar who is also highly likely to perform well. With a .02% eviction rate we’ve nailed down the science of selecting tenants that will be successful.
