Ash St. GelaiS

Our devoted founder who gave life to Fusion and continues to pour their heart and soul into the business. Ash has many passions, but ensuring their clients, properties, and tenants are receiving the top tier services that they deserve is at the top of that list. Over the last few months they have taken a close look at every process Fusion has and implemented plans to improve each one.

EMMA CHENEY

Recently promoted from Accounting Manager to Chief Operating Officer, she has been with Fusion since 2018. She took a break for a couple years, but missed the team and all our wonderful clients and tenants too much to stay away for long!

Emma brings fresh leadership and innovation to all aspects of our company, along with her incredible attention to detail across all financials.

Our Team

Our Operations Specialist, Jamie helps to ensure all tasks and projects are brought to completion with a high attention to detail so nothing slips through the cracks. She is assisting with a little bit of everything, from maintenance, to leasing, to accounting, to daily operations.

Our reliable assistant who has been with us since 2019! Alex assists primarily with "front of the house" operations such as processing applications, responding to inquiries, drafting leases, following up with tenants, scheduling vendors, and anything else we throw his way.

Ryan, Ash's husband, is taking a bigger role in the company and putting his leadership skills to use. He is assisting with quality control and organizational procedures. He has been a tremendous support for Ash and we are excited for his contributions to the business and team!

Fusion's one-stop-shop for all maintenance needs! He has a wide knowledge base for projects ranging from simple plumbing or electrical to repairing appliances or installing new ones. If you need something built, he is your guy! He is highly efficient and completes projects with ease. Our tenants have been impressed with his timeliness and skill.

Our new, versatile, "boots on the ground" member! She does it all, from painting and cleaning, to showings and meeting contractors or setting out lock boxes. Anything we need in the field, Hannah is ready to get it done. She is also IRC certified to perform lead paint inspections and make any RRPM that arise during those inspections.

Mike brings an incredible wealth of knowledge to our team, with 30+ years in the business of fixing things. We call him our maverick, as he has an incredible depth of expertise to everything he does. He also brings an owners mindset to our maintenance team, as an owner of rentals both in Vermont and beyond.
