I want to thank each of you helping make becoming a landlord so positive. I never would have guessed I'd be renting out my home, when unexpectedly needed to move out of state. I did not want to sell, and was new to the idea of renting it. I am so grateful that FPMVT took the time to address my concerns and guided me through the rental property process.Thank you for looking after both the house and me!
We've rented with Fusion for a few years and I've dealt with the owner, office staff, and maintenance people. They have always been prompt, friendly, and professional. My wife and I rented through a more corporate management firm in Burlington the previous year and I have to say that the family vibe at Fusion is a huge breath of fresh air. I'd recommend them to family and friends any day.
Fusion Property Management is an excellent firm. At first I hired them to place a tenant through their lease up only service and then was going to manage my property by myself. Fusion did such a good job WITH ZERO HASSLES FOR ME that I have stayed longterm and signed as a full management client - it's been 5+ years. They found a tenant for me, negotiated a renewal and basically ensure that I do not lose any money due to vacancies. And each month I recieve a direct deposit of my income. One of the trustworthy property management firms around.
We've worked with Fusion for over 12 years now renting out a property of ours, and we've had a wonderful experience! I've always felt our place was in wonderful hands and they make it so seamless and stress free, sometimes we forget we are landlords. I highly recommend Fusion Property Management.
Fusion Property Management has been providing excellent responsive full management service for me for over 8 years for my duplex in Burlington, Vermont. I have never had a negative interaction and find them nothing but highly professional. I highly recommend the Fusion Team without reservation.
I am very thankful for the service Fusion provided. I highly recommend them. I will definitely rent again from them in the future. The whole team provided me with open and honest communication, understanding and patience.
